Booking process
- Choose an appointment (Thursdays, online)
- Complete your intake and consent form
- Pay before therapy begins
- Receive confirmation
- Attend your online session
Payment and cancellation
Payment is taken upfront: no payment, no therapy. Your screening and confidentiality forms must be signed before therapy begins. Cancel or rearrange with at least 24 hours' notice and your session can be rescheduled or refunded. With less notice, the fee is not refundable.
